Step 1: Apply online
Apply online between 1st November 2011 and 6th January 2012. Give your application the time it deserves, first impressions really count. Where a large number of applications are received, you may be asked to complete some psychometric tests to support your application.
Step 2: Telephone interview
If you are successfully shortlisted from your online application form, you will be contacted to arrange a time for a telephone interview. This is a great chance for us to really get to know you and for you to ask any questions that you may have about the programme.
Step 3: Assessment centre
If you're successful with your telephone interview, you'll be invited to an Assessment Centre. There you will complete a variety of exercises including an interview. This is a fantastic opportunity to ask managers and current trainees of the programme any questions you might have.
