We provide support from on-the-job training, technical and interpersonal skills training through to leadership development courses and professional development paths.
We have a two-stage appraisal process to ensure development opportunities are identified. Every year we provide an average of 5 days' training per employee. We are currently supporting 10% of our people through professional development programmes and our structured leadership strategy ensures we develop potential and existing leaders at all levels.
