Our people are expected to treat each other as they would wish to be treated themselves. We care passionately about safety and wellbeing and our ambition is that every employee feels that Wates is the best company they have ever worked for.

Our annual employee survey shows that our people are very proud to work for Wates which is a fact we never take for granted. Respect for equality and diversity is high on our agenda. We know there is always progress to be made but we are working hard to address this throughout our business. We are proud to have been awarded C2E accreditation.
