Regent’s Wharf 10-18 All Saints Street is a mixed use commercial and retail refurbishment and extension including  the addition of a new six storey building, Thorley Works.

This high-profile development project will deliver a new seven-story mixed-use building with two basement levels.

We have been working for Marks & Spencer (M&S) for over 20 years, delivering over 1,000 store refurbishment and fit out projects across the M&S full range of stores, including clothing & home and foodhalls.

In December 2021, we were appointed alongside Turner & Townsend by AESC UK, to lead the construction of its advanced car battery gigafactory at the International Advanced Manufacturing Park (IAMP).

The Life & Mind building will be the ‘largest building project ever undertaken’ by the University of Oxford.
