SUPERVISOR FM

Wates FM is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for the role of FM Supervisor, leading a team of Engineers to deliver excellence and sustainable hard M&E maintenance.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you’ll take the reins in delivering top-tier hard M&E services, ensuring customer satisfaction remains our top priority. Armed with your up-to-date qualifications and experience, you’ll oversee multiple projects and priorities with finesse, addressing day-to-day maintenance issues directly when needed. Holding certificates like IOSH or NEBOSH and additional health and safety training will give you an edge.

Success in this role hinges on your ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers, produce extra works quotations swiftly, and respond adeptly to unplanned reactive works—all while maintaining impeccable standards. Your knack for organisation and flexibility, coupled with your talent for fostering strong client relationships, will set you apart.
