We introduced our sector-leading family leave policies in 2020. Since then, we have become one of the first construction companies to support flexible working across our business, including for site-based employees. In 2024, we enhanced these policies in 2024 further.
By 2025, we intend all our roles to be flexible, and we already advertise all new vacancies as flexible.
We’ve designed our six flexible working principles to allow our colleagues and teams to develop working patterns that suit them. This allows everyone to perform at their best.
