Our technical experts and engineers work across a wide range of areas, including mechanical and electrical engineering, building performance, digital engineering, sustainability and intelligent buildings. We’re looking for real subject matter experts. People with proven experience of delivering technical engineering projects. You should be self-motivated, high energy, proactive and adept at multitasking. You should also be able to apply engineering principles to problem solving. In engineering, having people who can think differently is a real advantage.
In addition, we’d like you to have a collaborative mindset and be transparent and open in your approach to work. Design or commissioning skills would be good too. We’d also like you to have a degree, or above, in building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering or another adjacent discipline.
