Our technical experts and engineers work across a wide range of areas, including mechanical and electrical engineering, building performance, digital engineering, sustainability and intelligent buildings. Whatever type of engineering you specialise in, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for real subject matter experts. People with proven experience of delivering technical engineering projects. You should be self-motivated, high energy, proactive and adept at multitasking. You should also be able to apply engineering principles to problem solving. In engineering, having people who can think differently is a real advantage.

In addition, we’d like you to have a collaborative mindset and be transparent and open in your approach to work. Design or commissioning skills would be good too.  We’d also like you to have a degree, or above, in building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering or another adjacent discipline.

The key responsibilities of this role include. •  Day-to-Day responsibility of a region within a large contract overseeing an engineering workforce delivering M&E services, Compliance and OF delivery. Supporting with the management and delivery of Extra Works and M&E Projects. •  Managing, driving and development of direct reports ensuring all mandatory training is in place with a robust succession plan in place for all roles.    •  Engagement with the Supply Chain to drive safety, compliance and PPE standards. •  Input into MI reports for clients presented at regular KPI meetings. Key stakeholder management and delivery of high standards of client satisfaction.•  Lead on all external client audits working in collaboration with the auditor owning the close out of any actions To be successful in this role you will be client facing able to communicate clearly and concisely. Alongside this, you will have excellent diligence and promote ownership through to closure. We are looking for an individual with a proven solid experience in working at a supervisor level delivering high quality hard M&E services in a client-driven multi-site environment, and good working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation. You will have a robust technical background with a professional qualification and practical experience in a trade – Electrical, Mechanical, Gas or F-Gas. Desirable is a BIFM qualification or equivalent, IOSH certificate and experience in computer PPM management systems (e.g. ELogbooks).
