ACCOUNT DIRECTOR We have a great opportunity for an Account Director to join our FM Leadership team and primarily be responsible for supporting our national client and be part of ensuring our FM business growth. ABOUT THE ROLE As the Account Director you will have ownership of the operational management and delivery of all facilities management services delivered throughout the accounts, including the management of customer interface, guaranteeing an appropriate and timely response to all client concerns whilst always working to ensure continuous process improvement. This is an active and visible client facing role which is responsible for implementing and safeguarding best practice for all commercial activity relating to contract, as well as effectively managing specialists and suppliers to ensure KPI and SLA targets are delivered. We are looking for you to be experienced FM Account professional who is operationally accountable for either a single large account (£5-8 million) or a portfolio of accounts to a similar value and have full Profit and Loss Responsibility for the Account/s. Alongside this you will have a solid understanding of contract law and the implications on operational deliverables, good financial acumen with experience of managing P&L, an understanding of SLA’s and KPI’S and using finance and CAFM tools. To be successful in the role you will have excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage teams. Technical Services Manager

TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Managers to lead the operations team by delivering excellence and first-class sustainable M&E, projects and compliance providing leadership, management, added value and development for our client covering the Hampshire region. The key responsibilities of this role include. • Management of supervisors and overseeing of engineering workforce delivering M&E services, Compliance and OF delivery. Supporting with the management and delivery of Extra Works and M&E/Fabric Projects. • Leadership, driving and development of direct reports ensuring all mandatory training is in place with a robust succession plan in place for all roles. • Management of the Supply Chain negotiating best value and procuring in line with stretch targets whilst driving standards ensuring Avetta and Construction Line compliance. Holding annual Plan Rights and regular performance reviews. • Preparation and presentation of MI reports to clients at regular KPI meetings. Key stakeholder management and delivery of high standards of client satisfaction. Develop relationships with consultants working for our client. To be successful in this role you will have highly effective management skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely. Alongside this, you will have excellent diligence and promote ownership through to closure. We are looking for an individual with a proven solid experience in delivering high quality hard M&E services in a client-driven multi-site environment, and good working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation. You will have a robust technical background with a professional qualification and practical experience in ideally the Electrical trade.
