What we’re looking for.
To join us on a level 2/3 apprenticeship, you must have GCSEs grade 4/C or above in both Maths and English.
You don’t need previous work experience. However, you must show you can work in a team, collaborate and communicate with others, and take a proactive approach to your career.

Industry pathways
We have a range of level 2/3 apprenticeship roles to help start your career in the built environment.
This apprenticeship will equip you with the transferable skills you’ll need to play a vital support role in the team. This includes helping with a variety of administrative tasks, whilst communicating with team members and showing you can manage priorities.
On this apprenticeship, you’ll learn how to ‘make buildings work’ and get the skills you need to complete various building services engineering activities. These range from making sure systems are working, to performing health and safety tasks, and communicating with customers and subcontractors.
On this apprenticeship, you will learn the skills needed to install building components. You will learn to work with wood-based materials to create and install these, whilst demonstrating a good knowledge of health and safety.
This apprenticeship will give the transferable skills you need to play an important support role in delivering high quality service to our customers. You will have a wide range of duties, from processing payments and orders, to offering advice, support, and guidance.
On this apprenticeship, you will gain skills to carry out the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment on site. You will learn about safe working practices, as well as the correct techniques to do your job well.
This apprenticeship will involve you providing facilities support to the team, including activities such as maintenance and engineering. You will work closely with your colleagues to effectively carry out your role.
On this apprenticeship, you’ll carry our HR team. You will answer queries and provide advice, while working with our HR system, producing reports and updating records as needed.
On this apprenticeship you’ll carry out general, day to day maintenance require to keep properties safe and in a good state of repair. This could include both routine, planned tasks and responsive repair works.
During this apprenticeship, you’ll learn to size and select, plan and install, service, maintain and commission plumbing and domestic heating systems. You’ll also interact regularly with your team in this role.
