Our award-winning family leave policy includes full paid maternity leave as well as eight weeks paid partner / paternity leave. We offer enhanced shared parental and adoption leave including matched maternity pay, two weeks bereavement leave and flexible carers’ leave.
FLEXIBLE WORKING
By 2025, we want all our roles to be flexible.
Since introducing sector-leading family leave policies in 2020, Wates has become a pioneer in flexible working. We have now extended this benefit to all parts of our business, including site-based roles.
In 2024, we further enhanced our flexible working policies. Our aim is to make all roles flexible by 2025. Our six flexible working principles mean that arrangements are tailored to individual needs, mutually beneficial, team-focused, adaptable, leader-supported, and fit the context.
