  • Supporting the planning and organisation of meetings, events and team activities,
  • Assisting with office facilities, supplies and day-to-day workplace management.
  • Supporting internal communications and helping information flow effectively across teams, including promote health and wellbeing and social events, charitable events, etc and act as a focal point in the office.
  • Providing administrative support to our Birmingham Senior Leadership Team.
  • Helping colleagues with Microsoft Office, Teams and other business systems.
  • Maintaining records, trackers and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve office processes and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administration, office coordination or reception-based role.

  • Highly organised with excellent planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a naturally approachable manner.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, Teams and a variety of digital systems.
  • Technically minded and quick to learn new processes and software.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Professional, trustworthy and able to build strong relationships across the business.

 Why Join Us?

You'll play a key role in creating a positive workplace experience for colleagues, customers and visitors alike. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how our office operates.

If you're organised, supportive, friendly and love being the person that everyone turns to for help, we'd love to hear from you.
