We're looking for a well-organised and proactive Administrator to join our team, based out of our Oldham office, supporting a key PFI social housing project alongside wider administrative support across our North West projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of operations keeping things running smoothly, supporting multiple stakeholders, and making a real impact within a busy, collaborative team.
The Role
As Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery through efficient and accurate administration. You'll be working closely with operational teams, helping to ensure processes, documentation, and reporting are managed effectively across the PFI contract and other regional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the PFI project team in Oldham
- Assisting with documentation, reporting, and data management
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting project tracking
- Supporting wider North West projects with ad hoc administration
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Managing emails, calendars, and general office administration tasks
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-driven, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communication skills and a team-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Experience within construction, property services, or social housing would be an advantage, but is not essential we welcome candidates from a variety of administrative backgrounds.
