About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Responsive Maintenance business unit. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of roadmaps and scheduling solutions that will shape the future of our operations.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, define requirements, and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and continuous improvement. 🚀


Key Responsibilities

✅ Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and define requirements for future-state solutions.
✅ Plan and manage analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle.
✅ Elicit, document, and validate both functional and non-functional requirements using best-practice tools.
✅ Develop business cases and support feasibility assessments.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to design, test, and implement solutions.
✅ Support testing activities for small to medium-sized projects.
✅ Contribute to the development of business analysis standards and best practices.


What We're Looking For

🔍 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
🎓 Business Analysis qualification (or equivalent experience).
🛠 Strong understanding of systems, including networking and infrastructure, is essential.
🤝 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
💡 Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
📈 A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and career growth.
🚄 Willingness to travel occasionally as required.


Desirable

🏗 Experience within the property services or construction sector would be advantageous.
