  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and customer outcomes across the business.
  • Develop and implement new processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Manage project governance, reporting, milestones, risks and stakeholder engagement.

  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify and support cross-functional business opportunities that drive growth, collaboration and added value across WPS.
  • Produce executive-level reports, presentations and business cases.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and against agreed objectives.

What We're Looking For

We're open to backgrounds from a variety of sectors, although experience within the built environment, construction, property services, housing, FM or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous.

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience delivering complex projects from concept through to successful delivery.
  • A track record of implementing business change, process improvement and transformation programmes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience working across multiple departments and business functions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A solutions-focused, proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Experience supporting mobilisation, transition or operational improvement programmes would be beneficial.

Why Join WPS?
