🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Administrator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong commercial mindset to support key projects within social housing repairs and maintenance.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate cost management, smooth invoicing processes, and effective contract administration.

 

🔧 Key Responsibilities

NHF SOR Management
Apply correct NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes to repair, maintenance, and capital project works.

Invoicing & Revenue
Convert completed works (WIP) into invoices promptly to maximise revenue recovery.

System Administration
Maintain and update in-house commercial and repairs systems accurately.

Subcontractor Management
Review and process subcontractor invoices and applications for payment.

Valuations & Reporting
Support the preparation of monthly valuation applications and monitor performance against KPIs.

Variations Management
Identify, price, and submit variations and amendments to contract scope.

Compliance
Ensure all documentation meets contractual requirements and company governance standards.

 

🎯 About You

✔️ Experience
Previous experience in commercial administration (ideally within social housing, repairs, or maintenance).

✔️ IT Skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).

✔️ Numerical & Analytical Skills
High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.

✔️ Communication
Confident liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
