Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in the housing sector? We're looking for aĀ Commercial Administrator to join our team inĀ Winchester, supporting the delivery of repairs and void works across the Council's housing stock.


This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative Commercial Team, helping to drive value, improve performance, and ensure compliance across a variety of projects.

šŸ”§Ā What You'll Be Doing

  • Accurately pricing repairs and void works using theĀ NHF Schedule of Rates
  • Supporting the Site Surveyor with daily commercial activities
  • Invoicing completed Out-of-Scope works and tracking revenue
  • Preparing monthly client applications and processing variations within 24 hours
  • Coordinating subcontractor applications and ensuring contractual compliance
  • Assisting with reports and documentation for internal and client meetings
  • Contributing to process improvements and team development

  • Proven experience using theĀ NHF Schedule of Rates (Desirable)
  • Background in housing repairs, voids, or a similar environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Proficiency inĀ Microsoft Excel
