Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service? We're looking for a Credit Controller to join our busy Processing Department and help ensure client accounts are managed efficiently and payments are received on time.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing

💰 Credit Control & Account Management

• Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email
• Monitoring credit control inboxes and resolving queries
• Allocating payments and investigating unallocated cash
• Processing refunds, credit notes and invoice amendments
• Reconciling client accounts and providing weekly updates

📊 Sales Ledger Duties

• Raising and issuing client invoices
• Generating monthly statements (PDF & Excel)
• Maintaining client account records
• Managing remittance advice and payment allocations
• Ensuring billing accuracy and resolving account discrepancies

🤝 Customer Service

• Supporting clients with account enquiries
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues
• Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

✅ What We're Looking For

Essential: ✔️ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔️ Excellent attention to detail
✔️ Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
✔️ Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines

Desirable: ⭐ COINS system experience
⭐ Construction industry experience
⭐ High-volume transaction environment experience
⭐ Experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
