We're excited to offer an opportunity for aĀ Customer Service AdvisorĀ to join our Wates team! You'll play a key role in leading and supporting our Customer Service team, helping us deliver outstanding service to our residents.Ā

šĀ Key Responsibilities:Ā
- šĀ Champion continuous improvement to ensure excellent operational delivery and supply chain managementĀ
- š¤Ā Build and maintain strong customer relationshipsĀ
- š ļø Manage complaints effectively, identify trends, and lead service improvementsĀ
- š Ā Lead a team of planners and administrators to maximise productivity and ensure compliance with company policiesĀ
- šĀ Support the Contract Lead in delivering a quality, customer-focused, profitable, and safe businessĀ

š¤Ā Who We're Looking For:Ā
We're seeking aĀ Co-ordinatorĀ with experience managing scheduling and/or administrative teams in the maintenance sector. You should haveĀ advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.Ā
This role is also ideal for an experiencedĀ SchedulerĀ ready to take the next step in their career by leading a team.Ā
