What You'll Do
- Work closely with Data Analysts and business teams to understand their needs and refine data ingestion or transformation processes.
- Develop and maintain user-friendly, high-quality data pipelines, ensuring accessibility and usability.
- Ensure alignment with architectural, security, and privacy standards while enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Investigate ways to enhance data quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Provide second-line support, troubleshooting complex data-related incidents.
- Clearly communicate progress and technical concepts in a way that non-technical colleagues can understand.
- Collaborate with major project teams to integrate data solutions.

Technical Skills
- Experience with SQL and data modelling.
- Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or similar cloud-based tools.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or Java.
- Exposure to Power BI, Fabric, or Delta Lake is a plus.
