We are looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join our team, based out of Leeds, supporting the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving digital innovation and transforming project delivery through the effective implementation of digital construction processes, BIM methodologies and information management systems. Working closely with project, design and operational teams, you will help ensure projects benefit from best-in-class digital tools and collaborative ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the implementation of digital construction and BIM strategies across projects
  • Managing project information in accordance with client requirements and industry standards, including ISO 19650
  • Supporting project teams in the adoption and effective use of digital construction tools and processes
  • Managing Common Data Environments (CDEs) and information workflows throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinating digital construction activities between design, commercial and site delivery teams
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation in digital project delivery
  • Supporting project teams with information management, reporting and digital compliance requirements
  • Providing training, guidance and support to project stakeholders on digital construction best practice
  • Engaging with clients and consultants to ensure project digital requirements are achieved

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Digital Construction Manager, BIM Manager or similar role within the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of BIM processes, information management and ISO 19650 standards
  • Experience working with Common Data Environments and industry-leading digital platforms
  • Experience supporting digital delivery on medium to large construction projects
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence teams and drive adoption of digital ways of working
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
  • Relevant construction, digital construction or information management qualifications are desirable
