Framework Manager – MOJ & MOD

Location: Drummond Street, London (NW1)
Contract: Permanent | Full time
Frameworks: Ministry of Justice (MOJ) / Ministry of Defence (MOD)

About the role

We are looking to appoint two Framework Managers to join our Public Sector frameworks team, based from our Drummond Street office in London.

These are high‑profile roles supporting some of the UK's most strategically important government frameworks. One role will lead our Ministry of Justice (MOJ) frameworks and the other our Ministry of Defence (MOD) frameworks – experience in one of these environments is essential.

You will be responsible for leading framework strategy, performance and client engagement, working closely with operational, commercial and pre‑construction teams to secure work, strengthen relationships and drive consistent delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already working at framework level, or an internal leader ready to step into a broader, more influential role.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and manage MOJ or MOD frameworks, owning performance, governance and client relationships
  • Contribute to and endorse win strategies and framework bid submissions, from pre‑qualification through to award
  • Work closely with pre‑construction and operational teams to translate framework commitments into successful delivery
  • Build and maintain trusted, senior relationships with framework bodies, clients and delivery partners
  • Monitor and drive framework performance through KPIs, governance processes and continuous improvement
  • Shape framework growth plans, value propositions and longer‑term pipeline opportunities
  • Act as a framework lead internally, sharing best practice and supporting wider public sector strategy

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience working with either MOJ or MOD frameworks (essential)
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement and governance
  • Experience leading or significantly contributing to framework bids and re‑bids
  • Credibility in building relationships with senior stakeholders and clients
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to work across operational, commercial and bid teams
  • Strong organisation, communication and influencing skills

Why join us?

  • Opportunity to lead nationally significant government frameworks
  • Clear visibility, impact and progression within a growing public sector team
  • Collaborative, supportive culture with strong internal expertise around you
  • Competitive salary, benefits and flexible working options
