As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our brand, projects, and bid submissions to life.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented designer who enjoys producing high-quality visual content across both digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce engaging marketing materials, presentations, brochures, social media content, and project case studies.
- Support the creation of visually compelling bid and tender submissions.
- Develop graphics, infographics, and artwork that enhance client communications and brand storytelling.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with Wates brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with bid, marketing, communications, and operational teams to deliver creative solutions that support business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Graphic Design role, either in-house or agency-side.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a range of design work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
- Experience within construction, property, architecture, or the built environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
