This is a true business partnering role, working closely with the Regional Senior Leadership Team to deliver people solutions that drive operational performance, organisational effectiveness and sustainable business growth. You'll be part of a wider HR team but have significant autonomy, acting as the trusted HR lead for your region and influencing decisions at senior leadership level.
If you're a confident HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment, enjoys solving complex people challenges and has a strong track record of delivering change, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with Regional Directors and senior leaders to shape and deliver the regional people strategy.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, providing pragmatic and commercially focused HR guidance.
- Diagnosing business and people challenges, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Leading and supporting organisational change initiatives, restructures and transformation programmes.
- Driving engagement, talent management, succession planning and workforce planning activities.
- Influencing leadership teams to build high-performing, inclusive and accountable cultures.
- Using people data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Supporting leaders through complex employee relations matters and organisational change.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident and credible HR professional who can quickly build trust and influence decision-making at all levels.
You'll bring:
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience supporting multi-site operations in a fast-paced environment, and while experience in construction / built environment would be valuable, we are equally interested in candidates who can bring fresh perspectives from other industries.
- A successful track record of delivering organisational change and transformation initiatives.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership teams and influencing business decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong coaching, challenge and influencing capability.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Commercial awareness and the confidence to translate business challenges into people solutions.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to play a key role in one of the UK's leading construction and development businesses, helping shape the future of our people and culture.
You'll be empowered to make a real impact, working with an experienced HR team whilst having the autonomy to lead and influence across your region.
