We're looking for an organised and proactive Information Coordinator to support our project teams in managing digital information, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with document control, information management or digital construction experience who wants to develop their career within a leading construction and development business.
The Role
As an Information Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting project teams with the management of drawings, documents and digital information through Common Data Environments (CDEs) and other digital platforms. You'll help ensure project information is controlled, compliant and readily available, supporting both project delivery and regulatory requirements.
As a Information Coordinator, you will:
- Manage and maintain project information, ensuring quality, accuracy and compliance throughout its lifecycle.
- Administer and support Common Data Environments (CDEs) across multiple projects.
- Establish and monitor information exchange processes and file naming protocols in line with standards such as ISO 19650.
- Review information submissions to ensure compliance with project naming conventions, revision control requirements, suitability codes and project protocols.
- Act as a key point of contact for project teams, consultants, clients and supply chain partners on information management matters.
- Produce and maintain project status reports, dashboards and compliance data to support project performance.
- Deliver training and troubleshooting support on CDE systems and digital information processes.
- Support the delivery of the Golden Thread of Information and wider building safety requirements.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of information management procedures, guidance and training materials.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates who have:
- Experience in managing digital information, document control processes, revision management and information governance within Common Data Environments / CDEs.
- An understanding of information management standards, including ISO 19650.
- Knowledge of BIM and digital construction principles.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and information management platforms such as Dalux, ViewPoint, Autodesk, Aconex, Asite or similar.
- The ability to analyse data and produce meaningful reports to support project teams.
