The Opportunity
We are looking for an Information Coordinator / Document Controller to join our team in Cambridge, supporting the successful delivery of construction projects through effective information and document management.
This role is central to keeping projects running smoothly, ensuring information is accurate, well‑controlled and available to the right people at the right time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing project documentation in line with agreed processes and standards
- Maintaining document control systems, ensuring accurate version control and audit trails
- Coordinating the flow of information between project teams, consultants and the supply chain
- Supporting compliance with information management requirements, including ISO 19650 where applicable
- Monitoring document status, tracking actions and supporting reporting
- Providing guidance to project teams on document control best practice
- Supporting continuous improvement in information management processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Document Controller or Information Coordinator role within construction or the built environment
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with electronic document management systems
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- A proactive, collaborative and well‑structured approach
- Experience on medium to large construction projects is desirable
