What we're looking for
- Experience within Learning & Development, HR, Talent or a related people-focused role.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating training, events or development activities.

- Experience in translating business needs into learning strategies and designing engaging, blended learning solutions
- Strong facilitator, delivering workshops and leadership programmes
- Experience in coaching and mentoring individuals and teams
- Comfortable analysing data and producing reports.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous but not essential.
