This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a multi-million-pound maintenance contract, driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, commercial success, and team development. Working closely with clients, stakeholders, and operational teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring our services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

🔨 About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a responsive maintenance, ensuring contractual KPIs, commercial targets, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

You'll lead a diverse team across operational, commercial, and support functions, creating a positive culture that encourages performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Leading the day-to-day delivery of responsive maintenance operations

✅ Ensuring contracts are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably

✅ Managing operational performance against agreed KPIs and service standards

✅ Developing work programmes that maximise resources and drive successful delivery

✅ Building, managing and developing high-performing teams

✅ Working collaboratively with commercial teams to achieve financial targets and maximise profitability

✅ Managing client relationships and supporting business growth opportunities

✅ Driving a culture of health, safety, quality, and compliance across all activities

✅ Producing operational and performance reports for senior leadership and clients

✅ Supporting contract mobilisation activities and service improvements

✅ Deputising for the Operations Director when required
