We're looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team in Leeds, providing exceptional support to senior leaders within our Construction business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a trusted partner, helping senior stakeholders manage busy schedules, coordinate priorities and stay focused on delivering successful outcomes. You'll be at the centre of a dynamic and collaborative environment, interacting with colleagues across the business and playing a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations.

What You'll Be Doing

How do you stay one step ahead and keep multiple priorities moving forward seamlessly?

  • As Personal Assistant, you'll provide proactive support through effective diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and administration. You'll help prepare presentations, reports and correspondence, ensuring information is accurate, professional and delivered on time.
  • You'll act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, helping to manage communications, coordinate meetings and support the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
  • You'll also have the opportunity to support wider team initiatives, events and projects, building strong relationships and becoming a valued member of a high-performing team.

What We're Looking For

Could this be the perfect next step in your career?

  • We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator with exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach.
  • You'll be confident managing competing priorities, handling sensitive information with discretion and building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude are essential.
  • Most importantly, you'll enjoy supporting others, finding solutions and creating an environment where colleagues can perform at their best.

Why Join Wates?

Because you'll be joining a supportive and collaborative business where great people make a real difference every day. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, broaden your experience and develop your career within one of the UK's leading construction companies.

In return, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, flexible working where possible, excellent development opportunities and the chance to be part of a team that genuinely values your contribution.
