At WPS, we're looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our growing Responsive Maintenance team based in Winchester, helping us deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services to residents across the local area.

🔨 What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Plastering repairs, skimming, patching and rendering works

✅ Restoring homes to a high standard following maintenance and repair works

✅ Working across occupied social housing properties

✅ Delivering excellent customer service to residents

✅ Collaborating with supervisors and fellow tradespeople to complete repairs efficiently

✅ Completing work safely, professionally and to the highest quality standards

👷 What We're Looking For:

✔️ NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent experience)

✔️ Full UK Driving Licence

✔️ Experience within maintenance, repairs or social housing environments

✔️ Pride in delivering quality workmanship

✔️ A positive, customer-focused attitude

✔️ Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
