WPS has an exciting opportunity for a qualified Plumber to join our Responsive Maintenance Team based from our Winchester Basepoint office. Working across a social housing contract, you'll be carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in residents' homes, ensuring properties are safe, functional, and maintained to a high standard.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✅ Carry out a wide range of plumbing repairs and installations.

✅ Complete minor maintenance and multi-trade works where required.

✅ Diagnose faults and deliver effective first-time fixes.

✅ Use a PDA/mobile device to receive, update, and complete work orders.

✅ Liaise with schedulers and managers regarding follow-on works and materials.

✅ Work alongside colleagues and subcontractors to deliver outstanding results.

✅ Provide excellent customer service and represent WPS professionally at all times.

🎯 What You'll Need

✔️ NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent).

✔️ Full UK Driving Licence.

✔️ Experience within responsive maintenance, social housing, or a similar environment.

✔️ Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

✔️ Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
