We're looking for a Project Administrator to join our team on the HMP Gartree project, providing essential support to a busy and collaborative construction team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and playing a key role in the smooth running of a major project. As a central point of contact for the team, you'll help coordinate day-to-day activities, manage project information and ensure colleagues have the support they need to deliver successfully.

Whether you're an experienced Project Administrator or looking to build your career within a construction environment, you'll be joining a supportive team where your contribution will make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll provide a wide range of administrative support across the project, helping to keep information accurate, organised and accessible. This will include arranging meetings, preparing documentation, maintaining project records and supporting reporting activities.

You'll work closely with operational, commercial and technical teams, helping to coordinate project communications and ensuring important information is shared effectively. You'll also assist with onboarding new team members, managing site documentation and supporting day-to-day project administration.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working as part of a team and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

You may already have experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator or Team Administrator role, ideally within a construction or project-based environment, although this isn't essential. Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be important.

Most importantly, you'll be a proactive and approachable individual who enjoys building positive relationships and supporting others to succeed.
