We are looking to appoint Project Managers to support the delivery of a range of major construction projects across the Northern Home Counties. With a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming work, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team working on high‑profile, complex schemes.
You will play a key role in successfully delivering projects, leading site teams and working closely with commercial, design and client stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the delivery of construction projects from pre‑construction through to completion
- Managing multidisciplinary project teams, including site, commercial and design functions
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Managing programme, risk, change control and project performance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
- Driving a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards
- Reporting on project progress and performance to senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction or the built environment
- Experience delivering medium to large construction projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Good understanding of commercial, programme and risk management
- A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive project performance
