The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead a planned social housing refurbishment programme across Wolverhampton.
Reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for programme delivery, managing Site Managers, supply chain partners and stakeholders to ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
The contract covers a well-established, localised patch with properties located within approximately 20 minutes of the office, allowing you to focus on operational performance, customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of planned refurbishment works within occupied social housing properties.
- Manage Site Managers, subcontractors and supply chain partners to achieve programme targets.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to quality standards.
- Monitor operational performance, customer satisfaction and key KPIs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, residents and project stakeholders.
- Drive health & safety compliance and effectively resolve project challenges.
About You
- Experience as a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager or Contracts Manager within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment.
- Strong understanding of planned works programmes and occupied properties.
- Proven ability to manage teams, subcontractors and client relationships.
- Commercially aware with a track record of delivering projects successfully.
- Organised, proactive and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Candidates with experience delivering planned social housing works, including kitchens, bathrooms and wider refurbishment programmes, will be particularly well suited to this opportunity
