About the Role
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations and payments.
- Reviewing and managing variations and final accounts.
- Supporting cost control, forecasting and commercial reporting.
- Working closely with operational teams throughout project delivery.
- Building strong working relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
- Providing commercial support and guidance across the contract.
- Ensuring commercial processes and contractual obligations are managed effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor.
- Background in social housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment or property services.
- Good understanding of JCT contracts.
- Experience managing subcontractor accounts, valuations and variations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, operational teams and subcontractors.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem solving.
Desirable
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
- Experience working on social housing planned maintenance frameworks.
- Experience delivering refurbishment programmes within occupied properties.
- Stable career history within planned works, maintenance or property services environments.
