About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial delivery of planned maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Administer subcontractor packages, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Support project teams with commercial advice throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, operational teams and supply chain partners.
- Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve project outcomes.
- Ensure contractual obligations and commercial procedures are managed effectively.
Essential
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Surveyor within social housing planned maintenance, refurbishment or property services.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial management.
- Experience managing subcontractor accounts, variations and valuations.
- Knowledge of JCT contracts.
- Ability to build effective relationships with both clients and supply chain partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Experience delivering kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes.
- Previous experience working on long-term social housing frameworks.
- Experience within occupied residential environments.
- Senior Surveyor level experience within planned maintenance contracts.
