Bring your energy for fast-paced repairs and people leadership to our growing WPS team in Derbyshire.

As a Repairs Supervisor, you'll support the Project Lead day-to-day and step up to lead the contract when required, ensuring operations remain safe, compliant, and on track across voids, disrepair, day-to-day repairs, and planned works. 🚀

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

🔧 Running an efficient operation, optimising resources and meeting KPIs
⏱️ Managing workflows to ensure jobs are completed within target times
👥 Leading operatives, administrators, and subcontractors to deliver high performance
✅ Driving quality and customer care through inspections and communication
🧰 Supporting onboarding, training, and team development
📈 Producing weekly performance reports and contributing to client reviews
🤝 Building strong, solutions-focused relationships with clients
🧩 Managing variations, queries, and complaints effectively
🦺 Ensuring health & safety compliance across all activities
💷 Supporting commercial performance, productivity, and cost control

🧠 What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience supervising in a repairs & maintenance / multi-trade environment
✅ Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and supply chain partners
✅ Track record of achieving KPIs and improving service delivery
✅ Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong understanding of health & safety compliance
✅ Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
