Join Our Team – Repairs Supervisor

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Repairs Supervisor to oversee our responsive maintenance services across social housing properties in Walton on Thames. If you have solid experience in managing day-to-day repairs, voids, and planned works, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

🔧 Your Role Will Include:

• Leading a team of operatives to deliver high-quality repairs and void property refurbishments.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.
• Tracking performance, quality, and adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Communicating effectively with tenants, housing teams, and external contractors to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
• Assisting with scheduling, resource allocation, and progress reporting.

📋 What We're Looking For:

• SSSTS certification (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) – a must-have.
• Proven experience in social housing maintenance, including reactive repairs and voids.
• Strong understanding of multiple trades – kitchens, bathrooms, electrical, and general building.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• A full UK driving licence.
