WPS | North London Boroughs Based from Finsbury Park Office Full Time | Permanent

WPS is seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our growing team delivering planned maintenance projects across North London boroughs.

Working within the social housing sector, you'll be the key link between residents, site teams and client representatives, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the lifecycle of planned improvement works.

The Role

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will:

  • Build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Keep residents informed before, during and after planned works.
  • Manage appointments, access arrangements and resident communications.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Support site teams in maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure all resident interactions are recorded accurately and in line with project requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing.
  • Experience working on planned maintenance programmes is essential.
  • Experience working for a Tier 1 contractor would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
  • A proactive, organised and problem-solving approach.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
