Overview

WPS are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our Planned Maintenance team covering the Leamington Spa area.

You'll be the key link between residents and operational teams, helping to ensure planned improvement works are delivered with excellent customer service and clear communication throughout. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and making a positive difference within local communities.

Key Duties

As Resident Liaison Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring residents remain informed, supported and engaged throughout the delivery of works.

Responsibilities include:

  • Keeping residents updated on programme dates, progress and activities.
  • Managing resident enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conducting resident visits and welfare checks where required.
  • Supporting vulnerable residents throughout the customer journey.
  • Coordinating appointments and access arrangements.
  • Working closely with site teams, clients and stakeholders.
  • Gathering resident feedback and promoting customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records and project communications.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer, Customer Service or community-focused role.
  • Experience working within social housing, planned maintenance or construction environments would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
