About the Role

As a Rewards & Benefits Analyst, you will support the design, analysis and delivery of competitive reward strategies and benefits programmes across WPS. You'll provide insight-driven recommendations that enhance employee experience, ensure market competitiveness, and align with our values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse salary benchmarking data to support fair and competitive pay decisions
  • Support the development and delivery of reward frameworks, including bonus scheme
  • Manage and review benefits offerings to ensure they remain attractive and relevant
  • Produce regular reporting and insights on reward trends, pay gaps and utilisation
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams on reward-related queries
  • Support annual salary and bonus review processes
  • Ensure reward practices align with internal governance and external compliance

About You

You'll be analytical, commercially aware and passionate about delivering a great employee experience.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a reward, compensation or HR analytics role
  • Is highly numerate with strong Excel and data analysis skills
  • Can interpret data and translate it into clear, actionable insights
  • Has excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Is organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ideally has knowledge of reward frameworks, benefits schemes or job evaluation
