We are looking for a Section Manager to join our team on the HMP Welland Oaks project, supporting the delivery of a major construction programme.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a defined area of works on a high-profile project, leading site activities and working closely with project, commercial and design teams to ensure successful delivery. You'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, quality and programme performance while helping to create a positive and collaborative site environment.

Working within an experienced project team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on a significant scheme while continuing to develop your leadership and delivery expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for managing a section of the works, ensuring activities are planned, coordinated and delivered safely and efficiently. Working closely with subcontractors, supply chain partners and site teams, you'll monitor progress, resolve challenges and help keep the project on track.

You'll support the implementation of programme requirements, drive quality standards and promote a strong health and safety culture across your area. You'll also work collaboratively with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the delivery process.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced construction professional with a proven track record of delivering medium to large construction projects.

You may currently be working as a Section Manager, Senior Site Supervisor or Site Manager and be ready to take the next step in your career. You'll be confident managing subcontractors, coordinating multiple work activities and ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards.

Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships will be key to success in this role. Experience working within complex, secure or live operational environments would be advantageous but is not essential.

  • Join a collaborative and experienced project team
  • Take ownership of a significant section of works on a complex scheme
  • Benefit from excellent career development and progression opportunities
