Senior Project Administrator
WPS is looking for an organised and proactive Senior Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects across our business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to project teams
- Managing project documentation and records
- Coordinating meetings, schedules and communications
- Preparing reports and project updates
- Supporting compliance and document control processes
- Liaising with internal teams, clients and stakeholders
About You
- Previous experience in a project administration, project support or coordination role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project systems
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
