We are looking to appoint a Senior Digital Construction Manager to join our team, supporting the delivery of a major project near Wigan.
This is a key role within our project and technical teams, responsible for driving the digital construction strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of digital tools and processes across the project lifecycle. You will play a central role in improving project outcomes through innovation, collaboration and data‑driven delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the implementation of digital construction and BIM strategies across projects
- Managing and coordinating digital processes in line with project and client requirements (e.g. ISO 19650)
- Overseeing the use of digital tools and platforms, ensuring effective adoption across teams
- Supporting design, construction and commercial teams through digital coordination and data management
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement in digital delivery and project performance
- Providing leadership and mentoring to Digital Construction Managers and coordinators
- Managing information requirements, workflows and project data to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to support digital delivery expectations
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Digital Construction / BIM leadership role within construction or the built environment
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, information management and ISO 19650 standards
- Experience implementing and managing digital tools (e.g. CDE platforms, coordination software)
- Ability to lead and influence teams across design, construction and commercial functions
- Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, innovative and solutions‑focused approach
