The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Information Coordinator / Document Controller to join our team in Milton Keynes, supporting a major construction project. This is a key role responsible for managing project information, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and readily accessible throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll play a vital part in supporting project teams, maintaining robust information management standards and helping to ensure projects run efficiently and compliantly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and controlling project documentation in line with company and client standards
  • Maintaining document control systems and ensuring accurate version control and audit trails
  • Coordinating the timely receipt, review and distribution of project information
  • Supporting compliance with information management processes, including ISO 19650
  • Working closely with design, construction, commercial and supply chain teams
  • Producing reports on document status, workflows and information performance
  • Supporting continuous improvement in information management practices
  • Acting as a point of reference for project teams on document control best practice

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Senior Document Controller or Information Coordinator role within construction or the built environment
  • Strong knowledge of document control systems and information management processes
  • Experience working on large or complex construction projects
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive, structured and solutions‑focused approach
