We're looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to lead the delivery of responsive repairs, voids, disrepair, and planned maintenance works across our social housing contracts

As a key member of the operational team, you will manage supervisors, operatives, subcontractors and support staff, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with client KPIs and service standards. You'll also provide leadership support to the contract and deputise for senior management when required

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting operational teams and supply chain partners
• Driving contract performance and KPI delivery
• Monitoring quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Managing health & safety compliance across all activities
• Conducting inspections, audits, and performance reviews
• Building strong client relationships and attending performance meetings
• Supporting commercial performance and contract success

What We're Looking For

✅ Experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance, or planned works

✅ Strong leadership and people management skills

✅ Knowledge of health & safety requirements and property maintenance legislation

✅ Commercial awareness and performance-driven approach

✅ Trade qualification (preferred)

✅ SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)

✅ Asbestos Awareness (essential)

✅ Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
