We are looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team, supporting the delivery of projects in and around Cambridge. This is a key role on site, responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

You'll work closely with the wider project team, subcontractors and stakeholders, playing an important role in driving performance and maintaining a positive, collaborative site environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing day‑to‑day site operations to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site activities in line with programme requirements
  • Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are consistently met
  • Monitoring quality and ensuring works are delivered to specification
  • Supporting the delivery of the project programme and resolving on‑site issues
  • Maintaining clear communication with the project team and stakeholders
  • Contributing to a positive site culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar role within construction
  • Strong understanding of site processes, health & safety and quality standards
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors
  • Good organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • A collaborative and proactive approach
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS) are desirable
