About the Job

We're recruiting for 3x Site Managers to join an established social housing retrofit contract across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
 
This is a secure, long-term programme delivering energy efficiency and decarbonisation works to occupied residential properties.
 
You'll manage your own stream of works, leading site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of retrofit works across multiple occupied properties.
 
You'll report directly into the Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of social housing retrofit projects.
  • Lead direct labour and subcontractor teams across multiple live sites.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
  • Manage site programmes, resources and productivity.
  • Monitor quality standards and drive right-first-time delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with residents, clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reporting to the Project Manager.
Projects include:
  • Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
  • Solar PV installations
  • Roofing upgrades
  • Window replacements
  • Door replacements
  • Energy efficiency improvements
Essential
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager.
  • Experience delivering social housing refurbishment or retrofit projects.
  • Experience managing both direct labour and subcontractors.
  • Experience working within occupied properties.
  • Strong programme management and organisational skills.
  • SMSTS.
  • CSCS Card.
  • First Aid at Work.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
