WPS have an opportunity for aĀ Site SurveyorĀ to join our team within theĀ Responsive Division. You'll be based out of ourĀ Streatham officeĀ šŸ¢, working on ourĀ repairs and voids contracts. This role focuses on producing commercial outputs, monitoring cost control šŸ’°, and liaising with client representatives to ensure compliance with contractual service standards āœ…ā€”all to help the company operate efficiently and profitably šŸ“ˆ.

šŸ“ Key Accountabilities include:

  • Develop and encourage project team performance, ensuring WPS' contractual obligations and strategies are executed and reviewed šŸ”„
  • Complete and submit monthlyĀ Cost Value Reconciliations (CVR)Ā and progress reports šŸ“Š
  • Understand tender strategies and work to the profit plan šŸ“ˆ
  • Agree external valuations / cash flow to maximise project value šŸ’¼
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to produce final accounts 🧾
  • Ensure subcontract management obligations are fulfilled, including procurement, valuation, contractual instructions, and health & safety šŸ› ļø

We're looking for someone withĀ financial and commercial awarenessĀ and a strong commitment toĀ customer-centred serviceĀ šŸ¤.

To succeed, you'll need relevant commercial skills and experience, including the ability to maximise value recovery, control costs, and manage cash flow effectively. You should also be confident using financial reports and software 🧮.

You'll be aĀ strong communicator, able to build relationships with clients, Project Surveyors, internal teams, and the supply chain. The role involves working between office, site, and some home working šŸ .
