We have a number of exciting construction projects already secured and a strong pipeline of future work across the Northern Home Counties, with project values ranging from £30m to £200m. As a result, we are seeking site based Quantity Surveyors to further strengthen our Commercial team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of major projects, supporting commercial performance and helping to ensure successful project outcomes from pre‑construction through to final account.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the commercial management of projects from inception to completion
  • Assisting with procurement, subcontractor management and cost control
  • Preparing cost reports, forecasts and valuations
  • Managing variations, change control and commercial risk
  • Supporting the preparation and agreement of final accounts
  • Working closely with delivery, design and supply chain teams
  • Ensuring commercial processes align with company standards and best practice

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction or the built environment
  • Good understanding of commercial and contractual processes
  • Strong numerical, analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • A proactive, organised and detail‑focused approach
  • Experience on medium to large construction projects is beneficial
