We are looking for a Site Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a large MoJ project, supporting the delivery of works on this major construction scheme.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an established commercial team on a complex project within a secure environment. You will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of the works on site, helping to ensure strong cost control and successful delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the commercial management of the project from procurement through to final account
  • Managing subcontractor packages, including procurement, valuations and payments
  • Preparing cost reports, forecasts and cash flow projections
  • Managing variations, change control and commercial risk
  • Working closely with site, design and delivery teams to support project progress
  • Ensuring commercial procedures and controls are applied consistently
  • Supporting reporting and overall project performance

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Site Quantity Surveyor on medium to large construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes and subcontractor management
  • Good organisational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a site‑based environment
  • A proactive and solutions‑focused approach
  • Experience within MoJ, custodial or regulated environments is beneficial but not essential
